Producing quality nuts

It is already clear that if we are to have a profitable company to process and market our crop we need to supply a high proportion of high quality nuts from our orchards. This page is an opportunity to share knowledge, questions and experience on how to produce and supply top quality walnuts.

  1. We need to know what quality nuts look like so I will be working with Jenny at the factory to photograph examples of nut quality and I’ll make the photos available to everyone as soon as I can. Should be a good start to help understand what we need to aim for.
